I am the founder and owner of Allsaint Therapy, a practice dedicated to providing holistic and personalized mental health care. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Community Care and Counseling, with a focus on Marriage and Family Counseling, at Liberty University. I hold a graduate degree in Professional Counseling and Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Salisbury University.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have remained deeply committed to supporting individuals and families in achieving emotional well-being. This passion extends into my contributions to research in health and wellness, reflecting my dedication to both clinical practice and continued learning.
As a therapist, my approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique experience. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential Therapy to help clients explore their emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
At Allsaint Therapy, I emphasize the importance of self-awareness, emotional resilience, and personal growth. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported as they navigate anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help individuals reconnect with their inner strengths and develop practical tools that support healing both within and beyond the therapy space.
