Allsaint Therapy was founded with the mission of providing compassionate, culturally responsive mental health care for individuals navigating life’s challenges and transitions. We recognize that many people carry the weight of stress, relationship difficulties, anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, and emotional pain often while showing up for others. At Allsaint Therapy, we believe healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Our approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. We work with clients to deepen self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, manage ADHD symptoms, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. For those who desire it, we also offer Christian faith-based counseling, thoughtfully integrating spiritual reflection with clinical care. Our goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, emotional wellness, and lasting personal growth.
Meet The Founder

Founder and Owner | Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

I am the founder and owner of Allsaint Therapy, a practice dedicated to providing holistic and personalized mental health care. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Community Care and Counseling, with a focus on Marriage and Family Counseling, at Liberty University. I hold a graduate degree in Professional Counseling and Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Salisbury University.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have remained deeply committed to supporting individuals and families in achieving emotional well-being. This passion extends into my contributions to research in health and wellness, reflecting my dedication to both clinical practice and continued learning.

As a therapist, my approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique experience. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential Therapy to help clients explore their emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported as they navigate anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help individuals reconnect with their inner strengths and develop practical tools that support healing both within and beyond the therapy space.
